Call rather than email if you want an appointment. Somebody picks up during open hours and the whole thing takes a minute. Email works for gift cards, for questions you would rather write out, and for anything that does not need an answer today.

Four things make the call quick. First, the length you want. Second, whether you would rather have a male or a female therapist. Third, the day and rough time window that works for you. Fourth, anything your doctor or midwife has told you that we should know about. We will not ask you to justify any of it.

Nobody at this desk will ask how far along you are in order to gatekeep the booking. It comes up because it helps the therapist set the table, not because there is a number that gets you turned away at the door.

Reschedules and cancellations go through the same number. Call as early as you reasonably can, and if a rough night means you are not up for it in the morning, say that instead of inventing a reason. Pregnancy makes plans unreliable and we know it. The one deadline attached to that is the refund window, which closes twenty-four hours before your appointment.

Running late happens. Call from the car. Depending on what is booked behind you, we can sometimes hold the full session and sometimes we can only keep the time that is left. Knowing early gives us the better options.

If getting from the parking lot to the room is a concern for you, tell us when you book. That is a normal thing to need and we would rather know in advance than discover it when you arrive.

Voicemail gets checked, but during a busy evening a call back may take a while. If you leave a message, include a name, a number, and the day you are hoping for, and it saves an entire round of phone tag.

For anything medical, we are the wrong number. We cannot advise you on symptoms, we cannot tell you whether to book, and we will not guess. Your provider is who to call for that. Once you have their answer, ours is easy.

Prices are $105, $155, and $205 for the three lengths, with a $50 half-hour extension available. Card payments add a $5 processing fee, and cash does not. All of that gets confirmed on the phone before you hang up.

We do not take booking requests through social media messages, and we do not have an app. One phone number, one email, one front desk.
